This on-site position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM), with oversight from hotel General Manager.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase room revenue, group bookings, and event sales
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, group, and leisure accounts
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and proposals in line with hotel policies
- Conduct hotel tours for prospective clients and event planners
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales efforts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as required
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM and PMS system
- BA in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or a related role
- Self-starter, strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- 2 years prior sales experience
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in sales systems (Delphi), hotel PMS, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and hospitality trends
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player

For applicants in NYC, the anticipated compensation range is $36.05 to $40.86 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, education, and work location. Crescent Hotels & Resorts is a multi-state employer, and salary ranges may vary for positions in other states.
