Job Overview
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to develop a strategic territory plan for the sale of non‑destructive testing (NDT) systems to key segments across Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices, and Electronics.
Key Responsibilities- Sell product(s) and services including system upgrades, service contracts, and inspection services within the assigned geographical area.
- Develop a pipeline by maintaining a clear understanding of sales processes and stages.
- Forecast system and service sales to the region director, including weekly deal and pipeline reviews.
- Manage CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure forecast accuracy for the business.
- Travel throughout the territory to manage installed base, develop new opportunities, and maintain customer relationships.
- Work with Application Engineers to qualify the opportunity, develop deal strategies, and become the technical solution of choice for the customer.
- Drive deals to closure, including quoting, negotiation, and OTR (Order to Remittance) handoff.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; STEM discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience
. - Ability to travel 50%-70% of the time.
- Experience in key strategic segments:
Avionics, Electronics, Space & Defense, and Automotive/Electric Vehicles (preferred). - Up to 5 years of experience in Non‑Destructive Testing (preferred).
- Capital sales experience with deal values greater than $750,000 USD (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage several sales opportunities simultaneously.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $91,910.00 – $.
