Overview

Responsibilities- Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, conduct discovery meetings, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and create proposals aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams; maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM tools.
- Ensure a smooth handoff to customer success for ongoing account growth and retention.
- Strong software sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise-level revenue targets.
- Experience in lead generation and account management, including prospecting, pipeline development, and long-term relationship building.
- Proficiency in consultative selling, with the ability to understand complex customer environments and position solutions to address business challenges.
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions, ideally in proptech, building management, energy optimization, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging executive and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing priorities independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven sales processes; willingness to travel within the New York City Metropolitan Area as needed.
