Position:
Comprehensive Account Executive – Regional and Multi‑Site Healthcare. You will be the primary driver for financially and sustainability‑driven solution‑sales opportunities, identifying and qualifying new business and developing strategic customer relationships with regional and multi‑site healthcare customers seeking value and outcome‑based solutions.

Responsibilities

Project synthesis and strategy

  • Develop and manage a process for discovering client business needs and aligning with solutions.
  • Evaluate projects and align process/surfaces.
  • Work directly and indirectly with clients to confirm structured finance solutions.
  • Lead client discovery and qualification.
  • Develop financial pro‑forma and associated business case(s) with client executives.
  • Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying required project team members, assigning roles, and communicating the next steps.
  • Lead energy services project strategy: understand macro market and finance trends, inform current offerings, monitor and engage clients, develop and optimize strategies, stay current on emerging offerings, maintain market‑oriented relationships, establish Trane’s thought‑leadership position.
  • Identify and close large deals or sales opportunities, consistently achieving quota targets and building a multi‑million‑dollar pipeline.
  • Provide knowledge and consultation to our customers on financial drivers, legislation and requirements for energy and outcome‑based sales.
  • Maintain active relationships with regional energy services sales leaders and CSAEs, support growth of pipeline and project size. Work with cross‑functional teams to develop system‑related solutions, including financial and performance‑based considerations.
  • Travel to customer job sites, including outdoor work and/or mechanical environments, with exposure to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, heights, and other variable environmental conditions.
Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor of science degree or 4–8 years of demonstrated executive selling experience (preferred).
  • 5+ years experience of executive sales experience, preferably within the healthcare market with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Successful financial sales experience with long, complex, multi‑tiered sales cycles in public and/or private sectors.
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision makers.
  • Expertise in financial, legal, and technical aspects of deal structuring with multiple buying influences within a client.
  • Outstanding communication skills – able to educate clients about Trane’s Design Build & Energy Services offerings, persuasively articulating costs, savings, investment opportunities, and long‑term options for infrastructure renewal and decarbonization.
  • Driver licence valid in the state, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
