  Direct, hands-on experience in video sales and digital media strategy.

• Vertical Knowledge:
  Deep experience selling video solutions to major Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Casual Dining brands, with a sharp eye for managing brand safety and frequency.

• Executive Presence: A proven knack for navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing C-suite executives.

• Media Fluency:
  Advanced knowledge of the video media landscape, including upfront agreements, media planning, campaign management, and advanced measurement (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling, sales lift, and conversion lift).

• Platform Savvy:
  Familiarity with Uber Ad Solutions (or comparable retail media networks) and cutting-edge video tech, including AI-powered performance video and Connected TV (CTV).

For Chicago, IL-based roles:
The base salary range for this role is USD $134,000 per year - USD $149,500 per year. For New York, NY-based roles:
The base salary range for this role is USD $149,000 per year - USD $166,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
