Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Executive to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who is comfortable prospecting new business, managing key accounts, and developing customized solutions to meet customer needs. Experience in the jewelry and small accessories industry is required.

Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers.
  • Prospect and develop new customer accounts across multiple retail channels.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with product development, design, merchandising, and pricing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals and performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and pipeline activity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in jewelry and small accessories sales is required.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
