We are seeking a sharp, personable, and highly communicative Business Development professional to help expand our firm’s relationships, opportunities, and market presence. This role is focused on identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, clearly communicating our value, and helping convert the right prospects into active projects. The ideal candidate has strong business instincts, social intelligence, curiosity, and familiarity with the AEC industry.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, consultants, contractors, brokers, and industry contacts.
  • Communicate our services, value, and capabilities clearly and professionally.
  • Track leads, conversations, and potential opportunities systematically.
  • Follow up with prospects and assist with the proposal process.
  • Support long term relationship building, client retention, and strategic brand positioning.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, client relations, or a related role.
  • Strong familiarity with the AEC industry.
  • Solid common sense, business acumen, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong social skills and a natural ability to build trust.
  • Professional, polished, and highly reliable.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and exceptionally strong with follow up.
  • Ability to deeply understand and articulate architectural and design value.
