Account Executive

Base: $90-$100K | OTE: $130-$150K (with uncapped commission and accelerators

• Own the full sales cycle: cold calling schools in the morning, booking meetings (~50% conversion rate from cold calls), running demos, and closing partnerships typically within 1–2 cal
• Manage a high-volume book of ~150 schools across your territory, generating referrals and nurturing relationships with counselors, principals, and district administrators
• Spend mornings in meetings and outreach, then afternoons updating Salesforce, planning next-day activities, and managing follow-ups
• Meet with school counselors and social workers in person when possible, with up to 25% travel expected as new markets open
• Bring field insights back to product, marketing, and leadership to sharpen go-to-market strategy as the playbook is still being built.

• 1-4 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales
• Startup and/or non solely large enterprise environment experience
• Experience closing sale cycles in 2 months

• Sold into K-12 schools, districts, or education-adjacent buyers.
