Job Title

Lead Engagement

Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls to introduce the organization's services. Explain career counselling programs, study abroad services, and career guidance offerings. Address basic queries and provide information about available services. Guide prospective students and parents toward booking counselling sessions. Maintain and update lead records in internal systems. Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective students and parents. Track lead status and progress through the enrollment funnel.

Support lead conversion and enrollment targets through effective follow-up. Build strong rapport with students and parents through professional communication. Understand student requirements and connect them with the appropriate counselling team. Ensure a positive and engaging experience throughout the inquiry process. Act as a key link between prospective students and the counselling team.

Requirements:
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Comfortable interacting with students and parents over phone calls. Self-driven, proactive, and responsible attitude. Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain educational services effectively. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently. Strong customer service and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of lead management and data entry processes.

Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to student enrollment goals.
