As Head of Sales for Mirakl Ads in AMER, you will spearhead the expansion of our retail media activities, leading a dynamic sales team to promote Mirakl Ads among both new and existing customers. You will shape our corporate sales strategy, drive its execution, and achieve strategic goals, while providing executive sponsorship for clients and ensuring smooth customer engagements.
What you will do at Mirakl- Build, lead, and motivate a talented sales team of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers, driving them toward unparalleled success.
- Define the global go‑to‑market strategy consistent with Mirakl’s objectives.
- Establish solid relationships with key players at the highest levels of customer organizations, particularly within VP, EVP, and C‑suite.
- Mentor and develop the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
- Support Account Executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.
- Develop partnerships and increase the visibility of Mirakl Ads in the e‑commerce and retail media sector.
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, and partners to build accurate forecast and pipeline.
- Report on sales activity and revenue forecast.
- 10+ years of proven success in software sales and experience within the retail media industry.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience managing a sales team, with a minimum team size of 10 people.
- Proven track record of driving regional growth for a SaaS company through acquiring new clients and implementing effective upsell/cross‑sell strategies.
- Highly business‑driven individual who excels in fast‑paced and dynamic environments.
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish is an added advantage.
OTE Pay Range: $375,000 – $475,000 USD.
