Overview

Jasper Colin is a high‑growth, global data intelligence firm that helps organizations across B2B, Consumer, and Healthcare landscapes make better decisions faster through integrated solutions which bring together strategy, execution, data science, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global partner and supply strategy that brings together the best‑in‑class sample providers into the Jasper Colin ecosystem.
  • Work closely with sales and leadership to support current needs and stay ahead of future supply needs.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable and repeatable system for conducting needs analysis, partner discovery, partner scoring and prioritization, technical integrations, and continuous partner quality assessments.
  • Maintain a constant pulse on the partner landscape across the full taxonomy of partner types, building and managing a pipeline of qualified new partners ahead of demand.
  • Establish and own the quality governance framework across all supply partners, including data acceptance thresholds, fraud detection criteria, and suspension or decertification processes differentiated by partner classification.
  • Build and maintain real‑time partner scorecards tracking KPIs for each partner and partner taxonomy.
  • Collaborate with technology and operations teams to define the rules, thresholds, and triggers used for partner usage across the platform.
Own the full commercial relationship and on‑boarding process across the entire partner ecosystem
  • Own the full partner onboarding lifecycle from initial due diligence and commercial negotiation through integration, capability certification, SLAs, and go‑live approaches.
  • Proactively monitor delivery performance against SLAs, manage escalations and remediation plans, capability reviews, and own partner performance reviews.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements: rate cards, quality SLAs, API integration terms, volume commitments, etc.
  • Build and maintain the dynamic pricing model that connects supply costs to client‑facing estimates, ensuring bids are competitive, accurate, and protected against margin loss.
Establish yourself as a leader and expert within the Jasper Colin organization
  • Build and lead the India‑based supply operations team responsible for day‑to‑day partner coordination, fielding support, and operational monitoring.
  • Support sales teams in client conversations where supply expertise is needed.
  • Build and maintain an internal system for capturing and sharing partner knowledge that includes lessons learned, quality findings, pricing intelligence so the organization learns from every study.
  • Track and report on market pricing dynamics, competitor commercial structures, and supply cost trends, providing actionable intelligence to leadership on a regular cadence.
Experience & Background
  • 10+ years of market research experience.
  • 5+ years in supply, panel operations, or research partnership roles.
  • Deep familiarity with the panel supply ecosystem across the B2B, Consumer, and Healthcare landscapes – who owns sample, who aggregates, who the top quality suppliers are, fraud detection practices, etc.
  • Hands‑on experience with large‑scale commercial and contract negotiations along with financial analysis of supplier costs, margin estimates, and volumes.
  • Hands‑on experience with global and local partner integrations via technical and non‑technical workflows that establish efficient and frictionless experiences for customers and internal team members.
How You Work
  • Bias for action; take an imperfect first step rather than spend weeks designing a perfect one.
  • Build from the ground up, find the problem energizing, not exhausting.
  • Fail fast and learn faster, treat failed experiments as data, course‑correct quickly, and do not repeat the same mistake twice.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; make a call, own it, and adjust when new information arrives.
  • Think commercially and creatively at the same time with the impact on the customer and business as the north star.
  • Hungry in the way that matters; collaborate across the organization, genuinely motivated by building something that works and seeing its impact for the business and customers.
  • People trust you quickly; communicate directly, follow through, and bring others along rather than operating as a solo expert.
  • Love building connections and relationships and partnerships from scratch with colleagues, customers, and partners.
Benefits
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401K with company match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Retention Bonus
  • Other benefits that support an employee’s growth both personally and professionally
