Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic accounts plans to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Implement sales processes and account management framework
  • Provide functional leadership and drive accountability
  • Collaborate closely with peers and colleagues across departments
  • Work with business leaders to incorporate client feedback in new products and solutions
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in sales management and sales leadership
  • Strong knowledge of the Energy and Chemicals industry
  • Proven sales leadership in large and complex accounts
  • Decisive, action-oriented leader
  • Established relationships at C-suite and executive levels
  • Proven communication, solution selling, persuasion, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Solid account planning and portfolio outcome management
  • Willingness to travel globally
  • University degree or relevant work experience in the Energy industry
