Strategic Account Executive

Diligent Market Intelligence (DMI) is the data and intelligence arm of Diligent, delivering SaaS platforms, data feeds, and analytics that help organizations navigate governance, shareholder activism, and market dynamics. We’re hiring a Strategic Account Executive focused on net‑new business and expansion. This is a pure hunter role — owning outbound, building pipeline from scratch, and winning new logos and expansion in a complex, high‑value enterprise environment.

• Own new logo acquisition across a defined territory and at target client list
• Prospect and generate pipeline throughout outbound (cold outreach, Linked In, events, referrals)
• Run full‑cycle sales: discovery → demo → negotiation → close
• Sell into senior and executive stakeholders across financial services, governance, and advisory firms
• Position DMI’s data and SaaS solutions as strategic, revenue‑driving tools
• Maintain strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting

• 5+ years of net‑new business / hunter sales experience (must‑have)
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding new logo targets
• Experience selling enterprise SaaS, data, or analytics solutions
• Strong outbound motion — comfortable building pipeline from scratch
• Executive presence with ability to sell to C‑level stakeholders
• Highly driven, competitive, and motivated by winning new business

U.S. pay range: $114,000 — $142,800 USD
