Overview
The NYC Maid is hiring a Commission Sales Partner in Rosedale, Queens around Brookville Park. The partner signs cleaning clients directly (homeowners, offices, property managers, Airbnb hosts) or signs referrers (doormen, real estate agents, concierges, movers), and earns 10% recurring commission on every completed cleaning
, for as long as the customer stays.
Compensation and structure:
Paid daily via Stripe Connect. 1099 independent contractor, no cap. Tier upgrades to 12% at 50 clients and 15% h to Sales Manager with override income. The payout system is already live for existing referrers.

Responsibilities- Identify and sign cleaning clients directly or sign referrers in the Rosedale/Queens area (doormen, agents, concierges, movers) to build partnerships.
- Maintain relationships with clients and referrers to generate recurring commissions and support retention.
- Work toward sales targets to achieve tier commission rates and potential progression to Sales Manager with overrides.
- Coordinate with the payout system (Stripe Connect) and ensure timely referrals and signings.
- Sales background is helpful but not required.
