Join our CBS Division at City Wide Facility Solutions as a B2B Sales Executive! In this role, you will drive the growth of our CBS division by identifying, developing, maintaining relationships and project management with new business clients. Your expertise in sales and passion for delivering outstanding client service will be integral to our success. This position encompasses the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, managing the project in a fast‑paced, competitive field.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new business through 20 plus services to expand our client base.
- Required daily contact via door knock, email, phone and social media.
- Present our CBS service offerings to potential clients, articulating the benefits and value propositions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations.
- Utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and competition.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility services or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B.
- Strong prospecting, lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with clients, internal and external teams.
- A self‑starter with a strong drive for results.
- Experience using CRM software for managing sales activities.
- Adaptability and problem‑solving skills in a dynamic sales environment.
- Bachelor’s or AA degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
