As an ALAÏA Stylist, you will be an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for welcoming every guest into the ALAÏA family. You will play an essential part in the smooth running of our boutique and ensuring a seamless client journey. With this responsibility in mind, you will need to have an authentic approach with clients and demonstrate strong communication skills.
We are looking for individuals who are naturally proactive and take initiative, with a hands‑on and hard‑working approach. You will serve as a trustworthy advisor to clients and a reliable partner to the store team.
Responsibilities Achieving Sales & KPIs- Contribute to reaching weekly/monthly store targets with the team.
- Be aware of store and individual Sales and KPI targets and actively engage in all actions to reach them.
- Increase average basket in quantity and value (UPT, VPT) and develop cross‑selling opportunities.
- Utilize knowledge of RTW and Accessories construction and vocabulary to tell the story of the ALAÏA world.
- Cultivate exceptional client relationships to maintain and enhance client loyalty.
- Establish action plans and strategies to increase and develop your client base.
- Engage clients by asking open questions, listening to their needs, and gathering the right information to make sales and ensure client returns.
- Participate in client events.
- Address client issues by promptly investigating opportunities and root causes, proposing solutions, and escalating to hierarchy potential roadblocks and recommendations to drive excellence in client service.
- Reinforce clientele relationships with consistent follow‑up.
- Bring to life the ALAÏA client experience, representing the highest standards and promoting ALAÏA's name and image within the Boutique.
- Welcome clients in the boutique, over the phone, and by e‑mail according to ALAÏA guidance and standards.
- Develop a client book and update the client database, nurturing client loyalty through excellent service and treatment.
- Ensure every client is welcome, well taken care of, and develop long‑term relationships.
- Be aware of CRM targets and actively engage in all actions to reach them.
- Implement personalized reach‑out campaigns and utilize all clienteling tools available to complete CRM tasks within given time frames.
- Consistently capture client data and take notes of all qualitative information.
- Familiarize yourself with the portfolio of customers.
- Utilize all omnichannel services available to grow omnichannel sales.
- Actively complete trainings and participate in all commercial activities set by the SM/ASM/HO.
- Is aware of local trading environment and competitors' activities.
- Take part actively in team meetings, events, regular inventory counts, and all daily operations as required.
- Respect and ensure the highest standards of Visual Merchandising in line with Boutique guidance.
- Ensure the Boutique is kept tidy, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Respect and apply security rules and mindset (local and Maison security rules).
- Take care of the cash desk.
- Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products, trends, and collections to tell the story of ALAÏA.
- Follow ALAÏA Grooming standards at all times whilst representing the Maison.
- Work closely as part of a team and with partners of the Maison.
- Ensure an impeccable store environment, back‑of‑house, and grooming at any time of the day.
- Proactively inform SM/ASM of any structural repair needed in store to ensure a luxurious environment.
- Implement all guidelines related to store and back‑of‑house management and participate in inventories.
- Support after‑sales clients and follow up to ensure impeccable after‑sales service.
- Comply with established Richemont policies and standards.
