With a stable, concentrated wholesale business in the U.S. market and significant untapped potential, we are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Senior Sales Manager to lead the wholesale function and help shape the next chapter of the brand’s development.
VERO MODA is looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial sales leader to help shape the next phase of growth for the brand in the U.S. market.
This role is ideal for someone currently operating at a Senior Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Sales Director level who is ready to step into broader ownership within a global fashion organization. We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, growing accounts, and creating momentum in a fast-moving wholesale environment.
VERO MODA has an established foundation in the U.S. wholesale market, with strong national partners and significant opportunity for continued expansion across department stores, digital platforms, and mid‑tier major accounts. Working closely with the Country Commercial Manager and global partners, this person will play a key role in driving account growth, identifying new business opportunities, and helping evolve the overall commercial strategy for the brand in the U.S.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITYThis is a hands‑on commercial leadership role focused on growing and evolving the VERO MODA business in the U.S. market. Working closely with the Country Commercial Manager and cross‑functional teams, you will help drive new business opportunities, strengthen key partnerships, and support the next phase of growth for the brand.
This role is ideal for someone who is currently operating at a Senior Account Executive or Sales Director level and is ready to step into broader ownership and leadership within a global organization.
More specifically, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & ACCOUNT GROWTH- Identify and pursue new wholesale partnerships across department stores, digital platforms, and mid‑tier major accounts
- Grow and strengthen existing account relationships through strategic selling and strong partnership management
- Partner with buyers to identify opportunities for expansion, exclusive programs, and increased market share
- Help drive account strategy, assortment planning, and seasonal business opportunities
- Support seasonal sell‑in strategy across key accounts and collections
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve sell‑through and growth
- Partner cross‑functionally with merchandising, planning, and operations teams to support successful execution
- Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior
- Support and mentor team members while helping create a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment
- Bring structure, organization, and accountability to account management and sales processes
- Operate as a hands‑on leader who is actively involved in both strategy and execution
- Work closely with international teams to communicate U.S. market feedback and customer needs
- Help ensure the U.S. business is represented thoughtfully within the broader global organization
- Collaborate with global partners to identify product and merchandising opportunities for the U.S. market
