We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a focus on the Entertainment segment for a luxury hotel in Brooklyn, New York. This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who knows the entertainment industry landscape, understands how to move market share, and thrives on building lasting client connections that translate into consistent, high-value business.
WHATYOU'LLDO- Drive new business development and account growth within the entertainment industry, including travel professionals, production teams, and corporate bookers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, site visits, trade shows, and hosted events
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow market share from competitors within the NYC entertainment travel segment
- Collaborate closely with the broader Sales and Marketing team to align efforts and maximize commercial performance
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposals through to contract execution and ongoing account management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and keep the property competitively positioned
- Gatherandactonguestfeedbacktoensureongoingclientsatisfactionandserviceexcellence
- Minimum5yearsofsalesexperiencewithinaluxuryhotelenvironment
- Established knowledge of the Brooklyn and greater Manhattan market and entertainment industry travel dynamics
- Aproventrackrecordofmeetingandexceedingsalestargets
- Strongrelationshipbuilderwithexcellentcommunication,presentation,andnegotiationskills
- Self-motivatedandcommerciallydrivenwiththeabilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam
- Bachelor'sdegreein
