West Monroe is seeking an experienced Partnership Alliances Manager (PAM) to join our Go-to-Market team. You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances with key technology partners such as Salesforce, Open AI, AWS, and Databricks. Your primary objective will be to enhance our digital services offerings and drive revenue growth through collaboration and mutual value creation within a portfolio of partners.
In this role you will build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, foster effective communication and collaboration, and lead key facets of Go‑to‑Market activities. You will coordinate across Lines of Business and Shared Services to align the efforts of business development and client engagement, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to senior management.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance our digital services capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring effective communication.
- Develop and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners to generate leads, conduct account mapping, cross‑sell, and support joint sales efforts, thereby increasing brand awareness and revenue.
- Drive Go‑To‑Market approaches, including developing joint offerings, creating assets and accelerators, and training sales and account leaders on partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—sales, marketing, and practice/delivery teams—to align partnership objectives and performance with overall business goals.
- Support in‑market sales pursuits with Business Developers and sales leaders.
- Conduct analysis to identify, evaluate, and establish strategic alliances and partnerships with technology and other relevant organizations.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including contract negotiations, pricing, and terms.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential risks within the partnership portfolio.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to partnership activities, such as revenue, pipeline, partner value scores, certifications, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in alliance management, partnership development, or business development roles within the digital services industry.
- Strong network within Salesforce, Open AI, AWS, and Databricks.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Strong understanding of digital services, technology trends, and the competitive landscape across multiple industry verticals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and business objectives.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Salary ranges vary by location: $144,200—$169,600 USD (Seattle or Washington, D.C.)
$151,000—$177,700 USD (Los Angeles)
$157,900—$185,700 USD (New York City or San Francisco)
$137,300—$161,500 USD (Other locations)
