CompanyOur client offers a smart access SaaS platform that provides residential and commercial buildings with on-site kiosks for essential household items. This allows tenants to rent or buy everyday things (vacuums, board games, printers, snacks, scooters, and beyond) directly within the comfort of their building. They are a post Series A startup that is working with some of the largest real estate owners and operators across 60 different markets and 14 countries.
Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a hungry and a proven Account Executive to join their growing sales team. As an Account Executive you’ll be responsible for the full cycle sales and own the client relationship from lead cultivation to closing. You will be negotiating and closing deals with some of the world’s leading property developers, property managers, and key players in the real estate industry, and become their point of contact for all things, pre-closing.

- Sales, Account Management, and Business Development skills
- At least 3 years of B2B SaaS closing experience (Experience in Prop-Tech or at a startup is a plus)
- Experience in lead qualification / demand generation
- Knowledge of using Linked In to prospect leads (Sales Navigator a plus)
- Ability to multitask and manage accountlist
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience working with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the real estate or technology industry is aplus
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Sense of urgency to achieve great things in life (essential)
- Up to 120k base, 2x OTE
- Equity in the company in the form of stock options
