A premier NYC real estate developer is seeking an experienced On‑Site Sales Representative to represent luxury condominium developments throughout New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in new development condominium sales.

• Welcome and assist prospective buyers at the sales gallery.
• Conduct property presentations and model residence tours.
• Build relationships with buyers, brokers, and referral partners.
• Manage leads, follow‑ups, and sales activity using CRM software.
• Guide purchasers through the sales and contract process while coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and internal teams.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Stay informed on market trends, competing developments, and pricing.
• Participate in broker events, open houses, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a professional sales gallery and prepare sales activity reports.

• 5+ years of residential real estate sales experience, preferably with luxury new development condominiums.
• Active New York Real Estate Salesperson License required.
• Strong knowledge of the NYC residential real estate market.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Follow Up Boss, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus.
