The Selling Assistant provides essential support to the Personal Shopper/Sales Associate, ensuring smooth operations for sales appointments and maintaining an organized, professional client environment. This role is crucial for executing post-sales activities and managing client data.

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments
• Ring transactions at POS
• Complete post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking, alterations, and thank-you notes
• Help organize appointment scheduling
• Enter and maintain precise clientele information
• Assist with digital selling and social media presence
• Assist in organizing gifting initiatives and experiences for Top Clients
• Ensure all unsold merchandise is returned to stock
• Maintain cleanliness of fitting rooms with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
• Contribute to additional duties and projects as required

• Styling, fashion and/or fashion retail experience is required
• Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary range: $19.61 - $24.51 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay include location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability insurance, and other voluntary benefits.
