What You'll Do
  • Engage with warm leads
    , no cold calling.
  • Build genuine rapport through consultative conversations grounded in empathy and active listening.
  • Use each customer's sleep and temperature data to personalize their path towards better sleep.
  • Educate and inspire prospects with the science and story behind Orion.
  • Communicate across video consultations, phone, text, and email, staying organized, responsive, and human.
  • Overcome hesitations with grace and confidence
    , helping people commit to feeling better.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative sales culture where wins are shared and celebrated.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred (fitness, wellness, SaaS, or high-volume inbound a plus)
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  • Full-time,
    in-office role in Soho, New York City
  • Base +
    uncapped commission with reps earning $100K+
