What You'll Do- Engage with warm leads
, no cold calling. - Build genuine rapport through consultative conversations grounded in empathy and active listening.
- Use each customer's sleep and temperature data to personalize their path towards better sleep.
- Educate and inspire prospects with the science and story behind Orion.
- Communicate across video consultations, phone, text, and email, staying organized, responsive, and human.
- Overcome hesitations with grace and confidence

- 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred (fitness, wellness, SaaS, or high-volume inbound a plus)
- Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
- Full-time,
in-office role in Soho, New York City - Base +
uncapped commission with reps earning $100K+ - Career development into team lead or manager roles as we scale
