We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead and oversee the day-to-day sales operations for key off-price retail accounts, initially including Ross and Burlington, with the opportunity to manage additional accounts as the business expands.
Seeking candidates that have current relationships with both Ross and Burlington.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategic sales plans designed to maximize revenue growth, profitability, and market share across multiple product categories.

Serving as a principal liaison between senior leadership and retail partners, this role is integral to the smooth transition and assumption of responsibilities within the sales organization.
Furthermore, the Senior Sales Executive will spearhead new business development initiatives, identifying untapped opportunities within the off-price retail channel and adjacent markets.
