Interior Finishes Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and demonstrate exceptional skills in business development and account management. The Sales Representative will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This Sales Representative role requires a proactive approach to identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering product presentations that highlight the value of our offerings.

As a Sales Representative, are you ready to assist our customers in using our products in the design process of interiors? Do you have an aptitude for relationship-building and a passion for design? If so, we want you to join our vibrant team as an Interior Finishes Sales Representative based in the New York City territory. You would be responsible for making sales calls on our customers to present our products and update their design library.

You would use our New York office located on Madison Avenue as your base.

• Present our portfolio of interior finish products to architects and interior designers
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the A&D (Architecture & Design) community
• Update and manage design libraries to ensure our materials are top-of-mind
• Conduct regular in-person sales calls and client presentations
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing
• Schedule and lead effective meetings with key decision-makers
• Follow up consistently to drive engagement and secure opportunities
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand your territory
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead

• Experience:
  
  1+ years of successful sales experience
• 1+ years of proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with a drive to succeed
• Ability to manage a territory and work independently
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
• Interest in architecture, interiors, or design
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
