They are looking for two Director of Sales to lead the commercial growth of an exciting portfolio of licensed apparel brands across
1.
Ready-to-Wear and
2. Swimwear, Outerwear and Sleepwear
This is a high-impact role responsible for expanding distribution, strengthening strategic retail partnerships and delivering profitable sales growth across department stores, specialty retailers and off-price channels.
Working closely with licensors, design, merchandising and product development teams, you will help shape commercial strategy, identify new market opportunities and build long-term partnerships with some of North America's leading retailers.

You'll be an experienced apparel sales leader with an established network across US retail and a proven ability to grow licensed apparel businesses.
We're looking for someone with:
- 8+ years' experience in apparel wholesale sales
- Proven ownership of major retail accounts with responsibility for significant annual revenue
- Strong relationships across department stores, specialty retailers and off-price channels
- Experience selling either Ready-to-Wear OR Swimwear, Outerwear, Sleepwear
- Experience working with licensed brands and brand partners
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong forecasting, planning and analytical skills
- Demonstrated success developing new business while growing existing accounts
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline preferred

- TJ Maxx
- Ross
- Burlington
- Bealls
and other leading department store, specialty and off-price retailers.
