Account Executive - B2B Sales Representative
Location:
Financial District, New York, NY (On Site)
Compensation: 100% commission based with $80,000–$150,000+ OTE (Uncapped), bonuses, and training program available.
Responsibilities- Conduct B2B sales outreach to business owners nationwide
- Qualify prospects and present funding solutions that meet their needs
- Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system
- Negotiate terms and close funding agreements
- Work with internal teams to ensure excellent client experiences
- Build lasting relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Competitive and motivated to achieve success
- Strong communicator who builds rapport and trust
- Results‑oriented with a desire to exceed expectations
- Comfortable in fast‑paced environments
- Focused on building a long‑term career in sales
- Open to learning and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales/business development
- 1–3+ years of B2B sales experience strongly preferred (entry‑level candidates with strong potential will be considered)
- Experience in professional sales environments such as financial services, insurance, real estate, technology, or other business‑to‑business industries is a plus
- Outside Sales/Door‑to‑Door experience is welcomed
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals and work independently
