Today, our AI-native development platform helps banks and insurance companies but also other industry players to easily build and deploy AI Agents and AI-enabled mission critical systems that are by default scalable, secure, have proper governance, and plug in easily into any existing systems, including legacy and heritage systems.

Mission

We’re looking for a Revenue & Sales Operations Lead to implement, run, and scale the infrastructure that powers our GTM teams.

Reporting to the CRO, this role is all about operational excellence - driving predictability, efficiency, and growth. This is a role for a strategic operator - someone that sees the big picture and can drive fast execution - focusing on operational excellence.

Your role is to design, set up, optimize, and scale the infrastructure and processes that power our entire go-to-market, enabling competent sales teams, strong lead generation, and fast closing.

What you will do on a daily basis
  • Set up and maintain a sales infrastructure and operating system to enable predictability, repeatability, and speed.
  • Enable the sales team to sell faster & smarter through smart assets and processes.
  • Improve pipeline velocity, sales data quality, and best practices adherence.
  • Deliver predictable revenue insights and accurate forecasting.
Very likely you can be successful if you
  • Have some experience or at least knowledge of the sales methodologies and frameworks that are foundational for our sales:
    Gap Selling (Keenan), MEDDPICC, BANT, and Challenger Sale.
  • Have 3+ years in Sales Ops & Rev Ops / GTM Ops (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Have CRM and revenue tools expertise, preferably with Hub Spot.
  • Have a proven track record improving forecasting, pipeline, and data quality.
  • Are a detail-oriented and hands‑on operator.
