As we continue our rapid growth across North America, we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who loves opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business. Energized by prospecting, building relationships with senior executives, and exceeding targets, you will accelerate your sales career in the fast‑growing Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence industry.
LocationBased in New York City with a hybrid work model and travel required to office and client sites. Other locations on the US East Coast may be considered.
What You’ll Architect- Your primary mission is simple: generate new business.
- Identify prospects, create opportunities, manage your own pipeline, and convert new customers across Canada and the United States.
- Work alongside delivery experts and strategic technology partners—including Microsoft, Snowflake, AWS, and Qlik—to introduce organizations to innovative Data & AI solutions that solve real business challenges and generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and partner referrals.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from first contact to contract signature.
- Develop relationships with CIOs, CDOs, and executive decision‑makers.
- Collaborate with Microsoft, Snowflake, AWS, and Qlik on co‑sell opportunities.
- Represent Keyrus at industry events and customer meetings.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline using Salesforce.
- Position Keyrus’ Data, AI, Cloud, and Analytics capabilities.

What You Bring- 2–5 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or IT consulting sales is an asset.
- Strong hunter mindset and prospecting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable engaging C‑level executives.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
- Bilingual English/French is a strong asset.
- New logos acquired.

The expected annual compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This salary range is provided as a guideline and may be adjusted for the selected candidate.
