Looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career in sales and business development? Our growing Midtown Manhattan office is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Business Development Representatives. Whether you're starting your career or transitioning from retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused industry, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
No previous sales experience is necessary. We offer paid training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on coaching to help you develop valuable communication, relationship-building, and professional sales skills.
What You’ll Do- Meet with business clients
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing business customers
- Learn a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Deliver engaging presentations of company programs and services
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide excellent service and support
- Keep accurate records of appointments and customer interactions
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings
- Work alongside a collaborative team while achieving individual performance goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is a plus, but not required

This is a fully on-site position based in Midtown Manhattan. Daily in-person meetings with business clients are an essential part of this role. This position focuses on business-to-business (B2B) sales and developing long-term professional relationships with clients.
