Looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career in sales and business development? Our growing Midtown Manhattan office is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Business Development Representatives. Whether you're starting your career or transitioning from retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused industry, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

No previous sales experience is necessary. We offer paid training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on coaching to help you develop valuable communication, relationship-building, and professional sales skills.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet with business clients
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing business customers
  • Learn a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Deliver engaging presentations of company programs and services
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide excellent service and support
  • Keep accurate records of appointments and customer interactions
  • Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings
  • Work alongside a collaborative team while achieving individual performance goals
