We are looking to onboard high-performing sales professionals to join our founding team and directly drive our next phase of business growth. In this role, your daily focus will be balanced between handling inbound sales calls, navigating strategic upsells, and closing critical outbound deals. You will work hand-in-hand with the founders to strategise on high-value leads, giving you a direct seat at the table to shape our commercial execution.

The archetype of the person joining us is incredibly important. We need someone who is exceptionally high agency—a proactive self-starter who takes complete ownership of their pipeline and problem-solving. You must thoroughly understand modern marketing and the creator marketing ecosystem.
To be successful, you will need the following experience and background:
- Prior experience working within SaaS Sales or the modern marketing world, creator economy, or an innovative AdTech sales environment.
- Alternatively, a background as a former founder or business owner with a proven track record of running a business.
- Elite negotiation skills with the ability to confidently navigate complex, high-value sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen to effectively identify, nurture, and close strategic leads.
Manhatton - 5 days per week (the whole team attends every day)
The Money- Benefits: Equity + Uncapped OTE
