TITLE: Business Development Representative – Healthcare
REPORTING TO: Business Development Manager
LOCATION: Brooklyn, New York (Onsite M-F)

What You’ll Do- Build Customer Acquisition: Drive outbound lead generation and secure high‑value meetings in the enterprise and mid‑market healthcare segments.
- Execute with Autonomy: Scale your impact as the GTM team expands, delivering tangible results and shaping the future of Voice AI customer support.
- Collaborate Cross‑Functional: Work with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to seize opportunities and build long‑term healthcare market dominance.

- Unlimited vacation with a mandatory half‑week off around July 4 and a full week at year‑end.
- In‑office 5 days per week.
Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 USD (salary plus potential bonus, commission, and equity).
This role requires onsite presence at our Brooklyn, NY office Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
