Trace turns metric trees into a living operating system for the business—automating the analysis workflows that today live in ad‑hoc requests, spreadsheets, and weekly slide decks. Our platform creates org‑wide alignment around key output metrics and their input drivers, while our ML/AI algorithms traverse these trees to surface insights automatically. We’re a small, close‑knit team building the next frontier of business intelligence.

We’re looking for our first GTM hire to help build and scale demand. This is a foundational role with exposure to every part of the funnel—perfect for someone who moves fast, learns quickly, and wants to help define a new product category from day one. You’ll work directly with the CEO with a heavy emphasis on experimentation and execution.

• Activate a large pipeline of inbound interest into demos
• Build prospect lists based on successful customer profiles
• Execute multi‑channel campaigns across inbound and outbound to drive demos
• Develop vertical‑specific metric tree templates and tailored messaging
• Experiment and iterate on the GTM motion with the latest tooling

Collaborate with the CEO to build an inbound content engine

• Experience in an early GTM or growth role—ideally in B2B SaaS or data/analytics
• Comfortable ideating, executing, and owning results end‑to‑end
• Creative, organized, and resourceful— you build from scratch without waiting for a playbook
