Location: New York
First week will be monitoring and listening while jumping into our bootcamp system main difference maker is the opportunity growth. Growth in the company latter and then reps working underneath them quickly.
What you’ll be doing- Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
- Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
- Day 30:
Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets - Month 6:
Producing in the middle of the band — about $444K annualized - Year 1:
Top quartile clears $816K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
