Summary
Seeking a Sales Commission Stylist to drive sales through exceptional client service and product expertise at the 59th Street location. This role focuses on building client relationships, delivering personalized styling, and achieving individual sales targets. The stylist will represent the brand with professionalism and a luxury service standard.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized styling consultations to clients on the retail floor
- Build and maintain a client book through outreach and follow up
- Meet or exceed individual sales and commission targets
- Process transactions and handle cash wrap responsibilities
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to drive store performance
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or beauty
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and clienteling abilities
- Comfortable working on a commission based compensation structure
