Role Overview
Digital Genius is an AI‑driven e‑commerce customer experience platform focused on becoming the world’s leading automation solution. The sales team hunts new business and introduces our product to help companies. We are looking for a business development professional to overachieve, meet a monthly meeting quota, sourced in the US & Canada.
Responsibilities- Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research.
- Run sales plays using prospecting tools.
- Engage with prospects (C‑suite/Directors) and articulate the product effectively.
- Conduct basic discovery to qualify prospects and evaluate pain points.
- Establish trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Generate and manage sales pipeline, maintaining impeccable CRM admin.
- Lead efforts in building sustainable processes and procedures.
- Work with AEs to convert opportunities into sales‑qualified leads.
- Manage assigned inbound leads using correct practices.
- Proactively learn and maintain a positive mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Evidence of over achievement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, flexible.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Can‑do, agile attitude to thrive in a startup environment.
- Initiative when challenged.
- Willingness to learn core technology tools.
- Good time‑management.
- Passion for sales.
- 1–3 years of work experience in SaaS/Ecommerce/AI.
