A leading global financial information services organisation is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to join its New York-based commercial team.
This is a senior commercial analytics role focused on sales forecasting, pipeline performance, executive reporting and data‑led decision‑making. It is not a quota‑carrying sales position.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior sales leaders, transforming complex commercial data into clear recommendations that influence revenue growth, investment decisions and wider sales strategy.
The Senior Manager will:- Lead analytics initiatives across sales strategy and commercial operations.
- Improve sales forecasting, pipeline visibility and revenue predictability.
- Analyse commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Produce strategic insights and recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Design and oversee dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
- Support the development of Salesforce, Snowflake and the wider commercial data infrastructure.
- Improve data quality, reporting processes and performance measurement.
- Explore opportunities to use AI, machine learning and automation within commercial analytics.
- Partner with teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Technology and Operations.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, decision‑ready commercial narratives.
The organisation is looking for someone with approximately five to seven years of experience across areas such as:
- Sales Strategy and Operations
- Revenue Operations
- Commercial Analytics
- GTM Strategy and Operations
- Commercial FP&A
- Strong experience in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis and commercial performance reporting.
- Experience with in a complex B2B, enterprise or subscription‑based organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and business intelligence platforms.
- Experience developing or overseeing executive‑level dashboards.
- The ability to influence senior sales and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into commercial action.
- A proactive interest in emerging analytical technologies and methodologies.
Experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, machine learning, AI‑assisted analytics or data engineering would be advantageous, although candidates are not expected to be specialists across every area.

The role offers a base salary of $120,000–$135,000, hybrid working, comprehensive benefits and strong opportunities for professional development.
