Position: Sales Consultant- HVAC (My Efficient Home)
Location: New York

We help customers make informed decisions about solutions that can enhance how their homes feel and perform, with a focus on clear guidance and a customer-first approach.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for homeowners exploring HVAC improvements, helping them navigate important decisions with confidence. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the customer experience by combining relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach in a service-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Consult homeowners on HVAC solutions tailored to their comfort and efficiency goals.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend heating and cooling system upgrades.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and explain pricing, financing, and installation timelines.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections in a consultative sales environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel locally for in-home consultations.
  • Ability to provide a personal vehicle for local in-home consultations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience closing consultative sales.
  • In-home sales experience.
