Position: Senior Sales Specialist - Migrations, TMEGS (AWS)

Responsibilities
  • Own AWS services and drive revenue by identifying customer needs and matching them to AWS solutions.
  • Focus on enterprise applications such as Microsoft, VMware, and SAP for infrastructure migrations and modernization.
  • Identify high‑value opportunities within specific accounts and engage customers, partners, and account teams.
  • Own the full‑cycle sales engagement plan, act as a trusted customer advisor, and help close deals.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the AWS service catalog, new service developments, and relevant cross‑functional areas.
  • Collaborate with segment sales, solutions architects, partner and professional services organizations to drive complex opportunities to closure.
  • Quantify and pursue opportunities generated via field engagement activities while ensuring customer retention.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems.
  • Experience developing detailed go‑to‑market plans.
  • Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business.
  • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large‑scale technology deals.
  • Experience in direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives.
  • Technical or educational background in Engineering or Computer Science.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: USD 157,100 – 212,600 annually (NYC, NY).
Your package includes sign‑on payments, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
