What you'll earn- Base salary: $65,000–$80,000, based on experience
- Year 1 on-target earnings: $125K–$150K for someone who meets expectations. Your OTE is dictated entirely by performance. Meeting expectations lands you in that range, and top performers go well beyond it.
- Uncapped commission + multiple bonus structures

- Keep the showroom "billionaire‑walkthrough" ready at all times — fluffed toppers, fresh linens, a stocked fridge, and thoughtful touches like our Dream Kits and lavender sachets
- Work alongside senior Account Executives during client sessions, learning the craft of luxury selling firsthand
- Own your pipeline against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Nurture client relationships long past the sale — bed flips, service visits, and thoughtful follow‑ups through our CRM
- Build strategic relationships across luxury retail, hospitality, design, and wellness: interior designers, hoteliers, chiropractors, personal trainers
- Represent Hästens with confidence, polish, and professionalism — in the showroom and beyond

That could be sales, professional athletics, entrepreneurship or running your own business, high‑end hospitality, or estate management. Direct luxury‑sales experience is great — but a proven ability to perform when it counts matters just as much.
- You listen first. You recommend tailored solutions rather than push product.
- 3–5 years in consultative sales, luxury retail, high‑level hospitality, or another demanding, performance‑driven field
- Comfort with CRM software (Zoho or Salesforce a plus) and everyday productivity tools
- A bachelor's degree (a plus, not required)
