They are seeking an energetic, results‑driven Outside Sales Representative to expand market presence, develop new retail partnerships, and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.

Job Details

Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 per year

  • Develop and manage a territory of retail accounts, including specialty nutrition retailers, gyms, health food stores, sporting goods retailers, and independent businesses.
  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities while growing revenue within existing accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision‑makers.
  • Conduct regular in‑person account visits to ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and inventory levels.
  • Execute sales presentations and educate customers on new products, promotions, and category trends.
  • Work closely with distributor partners to maximize product availability and sales growth.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to increase market share.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, product demonstrations, and customer events as needed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and territory activity reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute regional sales initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within sports nutrition, CPG, beverage, food, supplements, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience calling on retail accounts and managing a geographic territory.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing relationships within the sports nutrition, fitness, or specialty retail channels.
  • Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and sports performance.
  • Experience working with distributors and retail merchandising programs.
