Location: New York

Responsibilities

  • Identify new publishers and expansion areas, prospect, pitch, negotiate and close deals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for identified media partners, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Own the renewal cycle, maintain high retention rates through regular check‑ins and problem‑solving.
  • Execute end‑to‑end onboarding for new licensors, including payment setup, invoicing and initial account configuration.
  • Monitor partner usage to ensure content and data are used strictly within legal and commercial boundaries.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver content via APIs or feeds.
  • Maintain meticulous records in required systems and rights‑management platforms.
  • Acquire new content to power B2B products and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain exemplary relationship management skills; keep partners updated on opportunities.
  • Partner cross‑functionally within the company across product, legal, finance, marketing, sales and events.
  • Drive relationships through associations and local conferences; participate in local Dow Jones office.
  • Work 3 days per week in the local office.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, account management or content licensing within the media or information services industry.
  • Deep experience with, and understanding of, the media landscape.
  • Proven experience in business negotiations and relationship management.
  • Bachelor’s degree level education preferred.
  • Genuine interest in new technologies that serve these communities.
  • Ability to be an AI evangelist and continuously find efficiencies.
