Location: New York
Mission Hires is seeking multiple warm, energetic Enterprise Account Executives for a fast-scaling AI startup riding the hottest tailwind in software — helping the world's biggest brands win as marketing and branding shifts to a post-GenAI world. As a full-cycle hunter, you will close six- and seven-figure deals with enterprise marketing and C‑suite buyers, with uncapped upside. While this is a full-cycle enterprise role, the client has built a high-performing BDR team, generating hundreds of meetings per month.
Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and close
- Sell enterprise B2B SaaS solutions to marketing organizations and C‑suite stakeholders (CMO, CEO)
- Run multi-threaded enterprise pursuits and build executive-level relationships
- Deliver crisp, confident presentations and product narratives to senior executives (including in-person presentations)
- Forecast accurately, manage opportunities through defined stages, and exceed quota
- Collaborate BDR resources while independently creating net-new pipeline
- Structure, negotiate, and close six- and seven-figure ACV deals
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and deal documentation
- 4-8 years of experience selling B2B SaaS to enterprise marketing teams
- Must have recent (and meaningful) startup experience in career path (seed to series
C) - Proven full‑cycle enterprise SaaS closing experience (prospecting to close)
- Demonstrated success selling to C‑suite (CMOs, CEOs) with executive‑level presentation skills
- Warm, energetic interpersonal style and executive presence
- Full‑stack AE capability: self-sourced pipeline plus closing enterprise deals
- Track record closing six- and seven-figure ACVs
- Stable tenure with 2+ year runs at prior companies; no job-hopping
- Location:
Preference for San Francisco or New York City; will consider remote candidates in major metros only (no rural) - Currently employed and operating at a high level
- Highly self-directed; does not require heavy management oversight to build pipeline
- Full BDR team that generated ~300 meetings last month. However, AEs are expected to source their own business as well.
