Field Sales Representative (B2B) – $20/hr | Flexible Hours

Harlem & Manhattan, NYC. Pay: $20/hour (20 hours for 1 week) + Performance Bonuses.

Xhibitur Rewards helps local businesses increase repeat customers with a simple QR code-powered loyalty program. We're looking for an energetic Field Sales Representative to introduce our free pilot program to local businesses.

• Visit assigned businesses in Harlem and surrounding neighborhoods.
• Ask to speak with the owner, manager, or decision maker.
• Introduce Xhibitur Rewards and our free pilot program.
• Perform a quick product demo using your phone or tablet when needed.
• Sign businesses up for the free trial or schedule a follow-up meeting.
• Collect owner/manager contact information.
• Leave business cards or marketing materials when appropriate.
• Record daily visits, conversations, and results.

• Monday–Friday.
• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• 20 total hours.

• Friendly and confident communicator.
• Comfortable approaching local businesses.
• Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized.
• Smartphone required.

• Visit 20–25 businesses.
• Speak with decision makers.
• Complete product demos.
• Generate free trial signups and qualified follow-up meetings.
