East + West coast territory. Strong outbound motion expected. $120K base + 2× OTE + equity.
AMER is our newest market and you're hire #2 on the ground. Outbound-heavy in year one as we build the inbound funnel. Territory split:
East and West coast DTC + mid-market retail.
- Run a balanced inbound + outbound motion (60/40 outbound in year one)
- Co-own the AMER playbook with the VP Sales as we localise the EMEA model
- Quarterly customer travel (~10%). NRF, Shoptalk, Commerce Next
- 5+ years closing ecom SaaS in AMER
- Comfort with $50K – $250K ARR deals
- Strong outbound chops, you can run a 50-account list end-to-end
- Track record selling against incumbents (Bazaarvoice, Yotpo, Stamped)
