We are looking for an Account Director to join our Sales Solutions team as a trusted adviser and bring value to our customers. You will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with the Linked In network using our professional talent solutions. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth. While you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals, you will always have your clients’ best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
Responsibilities- Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts
- Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team
- Listen to the needs of the market and share with product and marketing teams
- 2+ years of applicable sales experience
- Experience selling SaaS solutions in a quota-carrying sales role, with a focus on prospecting and new business development
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and build strategies to drive consistent sales results
- Strong communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities with senior decision-makers
- Data‑driven approach to managing pipeline and informing sales decisions
- Strong discovery skills with the ability to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners to close deals and position solutions competitively

Linked In is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $112,000 to $160,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
