Our client is a well‑funded, growth‑stage AI company (~70 people, founded 2021) building autonomous AI agents for HR — capturing talent intelligence through conversation and automating hiring workflows. This is a full‑cycle enterprise seat selling into large organizations (5,000+ employees), with generous equity and a fast‑scaling team.

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees). Manage a pipeline that's ~70% outbound, ~30% inbound. Handle intricate, multi‑stakeholder negotiations with extended timelines. Develop deep expertise articulating the value proposition. Partner with leadership and the GTM team on strategy execution.

First 90 days: master the product and enterprise HR buyer, and build outbound pipeline. First year: consistently close six‑figure+ enterprise contracts and help refine the enterprise motion.

• 8–12 years B2B SaaS sales closing six‑figure+ enterprise contracts
• Strong outbound rigor
• Comfort with complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals

• HR‑tech, talent, or people‑analytics sales experience
• Experience selling into large enterprises with long procurement cycles
