Account Executive

Our client is a growing healthcare technology company seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and drive new business.

In this role, you’ll work with facilities, finance, and operations leaders to understand their compliance and operational challenges, demonstrate measurable value, and guide stakeholders through the buying process.

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
• Lead consultative discovery meetings with senior stakeholders
• Identify compliance risks, labor challenges, and operational inefficiencies
• Develop compelling proposals, savings analyses, and ROI models
• Navigate budget approvals, compliance reviews, and contract negotiations
• Build relationships with prospective clients across an assigned territory
• Partner with internal teams to generate and progress new opportunities
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting within the CRM
• Travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits

• 2-3+ years of experience in an Account Executive role
• Experience with in software and hardware is preferred
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong consultative discovery and value-selling skills
• Quantitative and process-driven approach to sales
• Experience calculating and communicating customer ROI
• Familiarity with Hub Spot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM
• Clear understanding of the full sales process and a proven sales methodology
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to succeed within a fast-paced startup environment
• $100,000 base salary / up to $200,000 OTE
