Salary Range: $26.00 To $27.00 Hourly

B), BWI (Concourse A-B), BDL (Main Terminal), and IAH (Terminal

The Boutique Sales Representative provides excellent and specialized customer service at JFK Airport by engaging with clients to understand their needs and deliver a premium shopping experience.

• Must have relevant high-end luxury retail sales experience and possess exceptional customer service skills
• Caring, authentic trusted client advisor with a passion for style
• Strong communicator who treats clients with personal care and places them at the center of every decision
• Ability to meet and exceed sales objectives

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of product features and benefits to maximize selling opportunities
• Build long-term, authentic client relationships by making the experience about the client
• Lead on the selling floor to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
• Attend all required training sessions held by the vendor and/or International Shoppes
• Adhere to the company’s loss prevention policies

• Act with the client’s needs and experience in mind; understand luxury clients’ desires and expectations
• Storytelling skills and aptitude for engaging questions
• Bilingual language skills;
  English with Arabic and/or Korean
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
• Ability to multi-task while staying attentive to customers and flexible to business needs
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative without direct supervision

• Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail experience
• Valid passport required, subject to international and/or domestic travel
• Bilingual in English and Arabic and/or English and Korean
• Strong selling capabilities and notable customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Negotiation skills and a passion for selling
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week
