We offer competitive base rates with flexible schedules, with the opportunity to expand earnings through uncapped commission-based earnings in each pay period.

• Build Relationships & Exceptional Customer Experiences
  . Assist customers by demonstrating products, emphasizing features and benefits. Create a strong service atmosphere, cater to customer needs and tastes, and resolve questions/concerns professionally to ensure a seamless brand experience.
• Providing Store Presentation Support
  . Perform stock work, visual display, and daily store operations. Assist with opening and closing procedures, and help maintain store location and merchandise as needed.

  . Consistently work toward the business goals with a focus on self-development and achievement.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail store sales, customer service/hospitality, or a related brand environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who can prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment; customer service focused.
• Proficient in general computer use, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn and retain details of proprietary systems.
• Able to perform point-of-sale functions, including register and cash handling.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Ability to use step stools and ladders to reach inventory in the stock room.
• Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
